Returns and Refunds Policy

Last Updated: 1 November 2026

1. About This Policy

This policy explains the cancellation, return, replacement and refund arrangements applying to products purchased through the Street Video Reviewer website.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any statutory rights available to consumers.

2. Print-on-Demand Products and Fulfilment

Street Video Reviewer merchandise is produced on a print-on-demand basis. We use Printful, a third-party print-on-demand manufacturing and fulfilment provider, to manufacture and dispatch products following an order.

Products are generally manufactured after an order has been placed rather than being held by Street Video Reviewer as pre-produced stock. Depending on the item and delivery destination, products may be manufactured and dispatched from different fulfilment locations.

Street Video Reviewer remains the seller and the customer’s point of contact for orders, cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds.

The fact that a product is manufactured on demand does not, by itself, remove any cancellation or return rights provided by applicable consumer law.

3. Right to Cancel

UK consumers purchasing goods online normally have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a person identified by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods. Where goods from one order are delivered separately, the relevant period may run from receipt of the last item. This follows Regulation 30 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Street Video Reviewer of the decision to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

Cancellations should be sent to:

enquiries[at]streetvideoreviewer.shop

The cancellation notice should include:

  • the customer’s name;
  • the order number;
  • a description of the product or products being cancelled; and
  • the date on which the order was received.

A clear statement that the customer wishes to cancel is sufficient. The customer does not have to give a reason.

4. Orders That Have Entered Production

Because products are manufactured on demand, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Street Video Reviewer will attempt to stop an order where a cancellation request is received before production begins. However, it may not be possible to stop manufacturing or dispatch once an order has entered production.

This does not remove any statutory cancellation right that applies after delivery.

5. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel where an exception under applicable consumer law applies.

Examples include:

  • goods made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised;
  • goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and
  • sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after they have been unsealed.

The statutory exception covers goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. It does not create a general exception merely because goods are manufactured after an order is placed.

Street Video Reviewer products bearing predetermined designs are not treated as personalised solely because the customer selects a standard size, colour or product option.

Where a particular product is subject to an exception, this will be explained where reasonably practicable before purchase.

6. Returning Goods Following Cancellation

Customers must contact Street Video Reviewer before returning any product. We will provide return instructions appropriate to the particular order and fulfilment location.

Please do not send goods to the address shown on the original package or to any other address without receiving return instructions from Street Video Reviewer.

Once cancellation has been communicated, the customer must normally return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying Street Video Reviewer of the cancellation.

Unless Street Video Reviewer agrees to bear the return cost, or the law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation.

We recommend retaining proof of postage or other evidence that the goods have been returned.

7. Condition of Returned Goods

Customers may examine products as they reasonably would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Street Video Reviewer may make a deduction from the refund where the value of returned goods has been reduced because they were handled beyond what was reasonably necessary for that purpose. The applicable Regulations allow recovery of diminished value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop.

8. Refunds Following Cancellation

Where a valid cancellation right has been exercised, Street Video Reviewer will refund:

  • the price paid for the returned products; and
  • the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order.

If the customer selected a more expensive delivery service, Street Video Reviewer is not required to refund the difference between that service and the least expensive standard delivery option.

Unless Street Video Reviewer has offered to collect the goods, a refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after:

  • Street Video Reviewer or its authorised return facility receives the returned goods; or
  • the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. No refund fee will be charged.

9. Faulty, Damaged, Misprinted or Incorrect Goods

This policy does not affect the customer’s statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Customers may be entitled to an appropriate remedy where a product is:

  • faulty;
  • damaged in transit;
  • misprinted;
  • incorrectly supplied;
  • materially different from its description; or
  • otherwise not of satisfactory quality or fit for its intended purpose.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, the available remedy may include:

  • a replacement product;
  • a repair, where appropriate;
  • a partial refund;
  • a full refund; or
  • another appropriate resolution.

For goods rejected as faulty under the statutory right to reject, the trader must bear reasonable return costs.

10. Reporting a Problem

If there is a problem with an order, please contact Street Video Reviewer as soon as reasonably possible at:

enquiries@streetvideoreviewer.shop

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • a description of the problem;
  • clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable; and
  • any other information reasonably required to investigate the issue.

Street Video Reviewer will assess the issue and, where appropriate, liaise with Printful or another relevant fulfilment service to arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.

Customers should not return faulty, damaged or incorrect products without first receiving return instructions.

11. Incorrect Size, Colour or Option

Customers should check product descriptions, sizing information and selected options carefully before completing an order.

Where a customer selects an incorrect size, colour or other option, the customer should contact Street Video Reviewer promptly.

The customer’s statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, remain unaffected. However, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning a non-faulty product following a change-of-mind cancellation.

12. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, the customer should contact Street Video Reviewer. Additional delivery or reshipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

13. Lost or Delayed Orders

If tracking information indicates that an order is lost, or an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact Street Video Reviewer.

We will investigate the matter with the relevant fulfilment provider and carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy.

14. Unauthorised Returns

Products should not be returned without first contacting Street Video Reviewer.

Because products may be manufactured and dispatched from different fulfilment locations, the address displayed on a parcel may not be the correct address for a return. Street Video Reviewer cannot guarantee that goods sent to an unauthorised address will be received or correctly associated with the customer’s order.

This requirement does not restrict the customer’s statutory rights. It enables us to provide the correct return instructions and process the return properly.
